6/27/01 - Updates... To the right up there are some screenshots, and here is the best of the best of the recent Will Wright interview!
Will Wright: You have three characters per account and each character can have a totally separate life, a different house, things like that. One character always lives in one place, but you could have roommates, or get married, or whatever. So one character could be living in a house, another could be running a casino and so on. One character does not own multiple lots, though.
Will Wright: To build up your lot, you need to buy objects. We're going to have rare objects which in the world, people will auction off and bid up. We'll have rare objects to give to people.
Will Wright: Yeah that's right, we're taking all the objects from The Sims and the expansion packs, as well as a whole bunch of new multiplayer objects. So the object set for this is going to be huge compared to The Sims, seven times more objects than were in the first game.
Wow With all that to look forward too, we just can NOT wait. Be sure to visit the Llama Lounge when it hits!

Simsville TIMES is pleased to announce that our online coffee shop and bar will be named
"Llama Lounge!"
A Big thank you goes out to Lynn Zephyr for the name. This is as far as we know the only PROMISED area for your Sims to meet online in the upcoming game SimsONLINE by ANY website. We would like to point out that this name and idea is tentative and may be subject to changes if the game does not allow this, but as far as we can tell from the screenshots and info on the game, it will be smooth sailing for the Llama Lounge. If all goes well, this will be the hot spot for ALL your Sims to relax and meet mother fellow Simmers. We are as excited as you are and CANNOT wait for the release. The design for the Llama Lounge is already in the works with the existing tools we have . . . look for screenshots of The Sims version soon!
